5 bedroom homes on the Oregon Coast

Having a home with four, five, or even six bedrooms means you have that extra space for guests, larger families, offices, or whatever else you need an extra room for. It means extra space for storage and leaves the rest of the room free of clutter and debris.5 bedroom homes in Florence Oregon

Five bedrooms or more are pretty rare along the Oregon coast especially in the Florence area. Most homes are going to have between two and four bedrooms with a typical lay out of three bedrooms around 2000 ft.². But that doesn’t mean that are impossible to find. You can always start with a manufactured home which tends to offer a larger square footage layout with spacious rooms and generous floor plans. Most of the time these layouts will offer the master bedroom on one side of the home and three or four bedrooms on the opposite side with the living room, kitchen, and dining room in the center. These types of homes range around $200,000 and may sit on a private lot with extra square footage.

But for a site built home with four or five bedrooms you’re likely to start at around $300,000 on up. There are some luxury homes ranging in price from $600,000-$900,000 with lakefront property, square footage, waterfront access, docks, and possibly outbuildings. The more amenities and lot square footage will naturally mean more on the pricing scale but if you’re looking at relocating or retiring in the Florence area having the extra space for an office or den may be the key to your home buying satisfaction.
